On June 21, 2023, an engaging virtual event took place gathering an impressive array of experts, leaders, and enthusiastic attendees. The conference kicked off with a creative ice-breaker activity that successfully split the 40+ participants into smaller groups for introductions, fostering a networking-friendly environment.

The event featured a panel moderated by Ichrak Bennani, the founder of IM Consulting, with notable speakers such as Todor Simeonov, Ahdallah Anouari, and Hanane Anoua. This panel centered around female leadership, delving into the authentic and vulnerable traits that embody effective leadership, and emphasized the pivotal role of networking in building strong interpersonal connections.

Coinciding with International Yoga Day, the conference’s third section was directed by Anastasia Manliher, an expert in psychosomatics. She imparted valuable techniques for relaxation and stress management to the 40+ participants and offered advice for boosting self-confidence.

Adding to the inspiration, Marlène Carretey and Rim Chekroun shared their personal journeys, detailing the hurdles they overcame to emerge as women leaders in their domains.

The event concluded on a high note with a memorable rendition of Beyoncé’s “IF I WERE A BOY” by Lina Bousbina and Sandra Walti. The evening wrapped up with a Q&A session, providing a final opportunity for interaction and networking among participants and speakers.
